Dear Diary, So...the end of the world is here. Or, I guess this is what's left after the end of the world. Honestly, I wasn't sure I'd live to see the Apocalypse. I was sure I'd be long gone. I guess I didn't keep in mind that anything can happen. All of my old diaries were destroyed with the "atomic boom", so you're my new one. I was lucky to find such a nice pen afterwards, haha... Hm...so, we're looking for a place to stay right now. I'm with Bonnie, Caroline, Stefan, Ric, Liz, and Matt. We've been going on for so long. Having the humans...(that's so weird to say)...anyways, having them with us is slowing down our pace a little bit, but I'm so glad to have all of them with me.
We found signs that living people are still in the world besides us, but haven't found the people yet. I hope we find civilization soon. And, I hope it isn't like the movies. Like Walking Dead. That...wouldn't be great. I wonder what kind of people are left. I'll bet a lot of the people we knew back in Mystic Falls are still alive. I hope we'll find them.
Stefan seems really anxious. Maybe finding a place and people will ease his mind. Or maybe he misses having people like Lexi and Damon around. They're both survivors, though. We'll find them, I'm sure of it.
